Honesty bar and snacks

The honesty bar is located in the pool house, with the fridge full of beers, wine, soft drinks and filtered water. Our freezer also has ice for you to use and icecreams and icepops for the whole family to enjoy. Tea and coffee are complimentary, and there is a selection of milks on the fridge. There is also a fridge in the outdoor kitchen/bar which also has cold drinks too. Should you wish to take something to enjoy, just note what you've had and we'll add it to your final bill on check out. If there is something you like that we don't have, please let us know.

No Smoking Policy

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our property. If you wish to smoke, please smoke in the outside areas, ashtrays are provided. In case of breach of this policy, a cleaning fee of 200€ will be charged.

Water services & the environment

The villa has filtered water in the property, and the tap water is safe to drink. We like to use a minimal plastic policy. Cold filtered water is available in the pool house for you to fill your bottles. Help us, help the environment, please turn off lights and the air conditioning when you are not in the room.

Cleaning services

We will not enter your room during your stay unless asked to do so, we like to offer you complete relaxation and privacy. Please leave your bins outside the room and we will of course dispose of these for you. Guests staying up to 7 nights we will provide clean towels mid week, guests staying 7 nights +, we will offer clean towels mid week, and a room clean weekly.

Pool

Our pool closing hours are from Midnight to 09:30 am, this allows us to maintain and clean the pool and also keep the tranquillity for all guests during the early hours. If you take a dip late evening please respect other guests that may be resting. We ask that you do not take drinks or food into the pool, and we ask that the towels that we provide are not to be used around the pool or taken to the beach. We can provide a beach towel should you need it.

Laundry service

We offer our self service washing machine with a charge of 4.00€. Washing tablets are located in the pool house, please help yourself.

Kitchen facilities

Our outdoor kitchen is available to use from June to September. Should you need anything that is not provided please let us know. Please check with us first before using the BBQ, as during certain months it is forbidden, though we still have our gas BBQ and Paella equipment available for you to use. Guests without a private kitchen, we provide dining boxes for you to use, please ask us for one for your room. There is also a freezer, large fridge and microwave in the pool house that you are welcome to use also.

Meal Service

Enjoy our breakfast baskets, freshly prepared each morning, these will be delivered to the breakfast table on the terrace for you to take when you are ready, letting you have a restful morning, we usually drop these at 9am though should you prefer an earlier time please let us know. Your basket will have your room name on the tag, and please help yourself to tea and coffee. Guests staying in Almendra and Cereza, we will also provide dining equipment too. You are welcome to take your breakfast basket to your room or choose a seating area to enjoy. Once you have enjoyed your breakfast just drop the basket back to the breakfast table. Advance reservation is required.

Beach time/Day trips

Why not rent one of our retro cooler boxes for your day out or day around the pool Renting our empty boxes is just 5€ per day. We can also fill the polar box for you, from beach snacks to a romantic picnic. Talk to us to discuss your requirements.

Our Paellas are served with freshly baked bread and aioli, choose from our meat or vegetarian option.

Our 3 course meals are created with seasonal products, and menus vary from day to day.

Children's meals are also available served with drinks and dessert

Children's meals are 12€ per child.

All of our meals are served with local wine and filtered water, and are homemade with fresh products.

We also cater for your dietary requirements too. Advanced booking essential. Evening meals are served at 19:30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Check out

Our check out is up to 12:00 noon, during our summer season (June - August) it is not possible for late check outs.
